Why Care?

Costa Rica...

... is often seen as a model for sustainable farming, but only about 1% of agriculture is done sustainably. The rest of it is produced via monoculture which depletes soil and leaves endless acres of once fertile land useless. It is important to highlight the small businesses that are doing their part to produce food sustainably. It is now our turn to recognize this and support their efforts for a more sustainable future.
